In many countries, there are limitations on the work an unlicensed person may do… even the owner of the home. There are also differences made between what an unlicensed homeowner can do and what an unlicensed tradesman can do.

That is why there is an electrical code, so everybody is familiar on the correct and incorrect means to perform an electrical wiring and installation. If every home was wired according to a random standard, how could anyone without paranormal abilities clarify how to repair a circuit?
We are not going to prevent everyone from learning and increasing your skills. We wouldn’t have little chance of doing it, anycase. But if one person destroyed his home down because he was thinking that he could do that electrical job, and was not sufficiently knowledgeable to do the job|task right… well, that is not what we had in mind when started this energoproject. We have seen some electrical wiring horrors throughout Russia, and major share|most were undertaken by homeowners who thought that performing electrical wiring|work was no more worthy of care than cleaning the backyard!
